Customer reviews

Bought a new Cimarron horse trailer and the whole transaction was seamless. Free delivery right to our ranch in Texas was a massive plus. The team kept me updated every step of the way. Will definitely look here first for our next upgrade.

Very impressed with the variety of stock and brands available. I was torn between two different livestock trailers, and customer service actually took the time to talk through dimensions and weights with me. Only giving 4.5 because delivery took an extra day due to weather, but otherwise top-tier service.

Solid platform for buying trailers online. No hidden dealer or doc fees which saved me a bundle compared to local lots. My gooseneck arrived in great shape, though the manual was missing from the packet. They emailed a digital copy within an hour of calling support though.

Absolute 5-star experience! We ordered a 3-horse bumper pull trailer. It arrived immaculate, fully inspected, and ready to hitch. Being able to browse multiple top brands in one place made shopping so much easier than driving all over the state.

The trailer itself is fantastic, no complaints about the build quality or brand. Delivery was a bit bumpy trying to coordinate the exact drop-off time with the driver in rural Montana, but we got it sorted out. Good prices overall.

Customer care team is incredible. I had a ton of questions about living quarters layouts before pulling the trigger, and they sent detailed walkthrough videos. The trailer delivered right to our driveway last week looks even better in person.

Great selection and fair pricing. It's hard to find transparent pricing online for trailers, but these guys list everything clearly. Saved me thousands compared to my local dealer markup. Would buy from them again.

From browsing to delivery, everything was stress-free. No online payment upfront gave me peace of mind, and the driver who delivered our stock combo trailer was professional and gave a thorough walkthrough of all the latches and brakes.

Decent selection, but communication during the transport phase could have been sharper. The trailer arrived safely and looks great, but I had to chase down updates a couple of times. Once it got here, though, it was smooth sailing.

If you need a reliable horse trailer, stop shopping around and just use this site. The free delivery across the country saved us an insane logistics headache. Top-notch customer service.

Very happy with the 2-horse straight load I purchased. Clean paperwork, zero surprise fees, and the trailer was exactly as described in the online listing and stock number details.

Great platform with lots of brand options. My only minor critique is that the filters on the website can be a bit tricky to navigate on mobile, but their phone support team more than made up for it by helping me find the exact model I wanted.

Smooth process from start to finish. Ordered a heavy-duty utility trailer, and the delivery driver dropped it off right at our commercial yard in Ohio right on schedule.

I was nervous about buying a high-end trailer online without seeing it in person first, but their detailed photos and specs were spot on. The free delivery to our farm in Wyoming was the deciding factor. Couldn't be happier!

The trailer is top quality, but delivery took a few days longer than initially estimated due to a driver shortage. Support was polite when I called to check on it, just wish the timeline had been tighter.

An absolute lifesaver! Found an exact match for the living quarters trailer we've been hunting for months. No dealer fees and free nationwide delivery made this an unbeatable deal.

Good prices and a massive inventory of trusted brands. The ordering process is straightforward since they confirm everything manually before you send any payment. Very secure feeling transaction.

The customer service rep assigned to my order went above and beyond answering questions about axle weights and braking systems. The trailer arrived in pristine condition just in time for our winter shows.

Second time buying through this platform and they continue to impress. Consistent communication, accurate listings, and unbeatable convenience.

Very satisfied with the purchase. The stock photos and specs matched the physical trailer down to the last detail. Free delivery saved me a 600-mile round trip.

Product is great, but the delivery window was a bit chaotic. The driver gave us less than two hours' notice before arriving, which made scrambling to clear the driveway tough. Love the trailer, though.

Phenomenal experience. Being able to compare different horse trailer brands side-by-side on one site saved me weeks of research. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and polite.

Everything went smoothly. The price listed was the price I paid, no hidden dealer prep or document fees tacked on at the end, which is a breath of fresh air in the trailer industry.

Top-tier inventory and transparent service. Our livestock combo trailer arrived safely out here in rural Oklahoma without a single scratch. Highly recommend.

Really great customer support. I changed my mind on accessories right after placing the order, and they updated my file immediately without any hassle. Trailer arrived looking gorgeous.

Straightforward, honest business. They don't take payment online until they've manually reviewed and confirmed your order details, which builds a lot of trust. Great buying experience.

Good selection of brands, though some of the popular models sell out fast before you can snag them. Customer service helped me pivot to a comparable model that actually had better features anyway.

Bought a 4-horse gooseneck. The entire process was seamless. Free delivery across state lines sealed the deal for me. Will definitely recommend them to our local riding club.

Very professional team. They called to verify every single detail of the order before sending final payment instructions. The trailer arrived clean, serviced, and ready to go.

Hands down the best trailer-buying experience I've had. No high-pressure sales tactics, clear pricing, and free delivery straight to our gate. 10/10 service!
