Buying
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout takes a few minutes as a guest. We only ask for what we need to contact you and deliver your trailer.
Is my trailer reserved when I order?
Yes. As soon as you place your order, the trailer is marked as sale pending and no one else can buy it while we finalize your purchase.
Can I see more photos or a video?
Yes. Call (000) 000-0000 or use the “Ask a question” button on any trailer and we will send extra photos or a walk-around video.
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes. Tell us about your current trailer on our trade-in page and we will make you an offer, as a straight purchase or as credit toward your next trailer.
Are pre-owned trailers inspected?
Every pre-owned trailer is fully serviced before sale: brakes, bearings, interior and exterior lights, and roof seams.
Payment
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer and credit card. No payment is taken online.
When do I pay?
After we confirm your order. Payment is due within 5 business days of confirmation.
How do I know payment instructions are genuine?
We only send payment instructions by email or text from our official address or number. If anything looks different, call us before you pay.
Do you offer financing?
We do not offer financing directly. Many buyers arrange a loan through their own bank or credit union, and we are happy to provide the paperwork your lender needs.
Are there extra fees?
No dealer, documentation or delivery fees. State sales tax, registration and title fees are paid by the buyer to their state.
Delivery
Is delivery really free?
Yes, to anywhere in the continental United States. The price you see includes delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Most trailers arrive within 6 to 13 business days after payment clears. The carrier calls you to agree a day and time.
Do you deliver to Alaska or Hawaii?
Not at the moment. We deliver to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC.
What if the trailer is damaged in transit?
Note it on the bill of lading, take photos, and tell us within 48 hours. We will arrange a repair or the right remedy.
After the sale
Can I return a trailer?
Trailer sales are final once delivered, so please ask us anything before you buy. Damage on delivery is always put right; see our returns policy for details.
When do I get the title?
The title or certificate of origin, bill of sale and warranty documents are sent to you once payment clears.
Is there a warranty?
New trailers carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Pre-owned trailers are fully serviced and sold as is unless a remaining factory warranty transfers or we agree one in writing.
