Last updated October 28, 2026

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO) or international addresses.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free. The price shown on each trailer includes delivery to your address. There are no fuel surcharges, dealer fees or documentation fees added at checkout.

Delivery times

  • Handling time: 1 to 3 business days after your payment has cleared, while we complete the final inspection and prepare your paperwork.
  • Transit time: 5 to 10 business days, depending on distance.
  • Total: most trailers arrive within 6 to 13 business days of payment clearing.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Weather, road closures and carrier availability can occasionally extend these times; we will tell you straight away if your date changes.

How delivery works

  1. After payment clears, we email you a delivery confirmation with your estimated arrival window.
  2. The carrier contacts you directly to agree a delivery day and time.
  3. On delivery day, the carrier brings the trailer to your address and walks you around it.

On delivery day

  • An adult (18+) must be present to receive the trailer and sign the bill of lading.
  • The delivery location must be safely accessible for a truck and trailer combination. If it isn’t, the carrier will deliver to the nearest safe location you agree on.
  • Please inspect the trailer before signing. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading and photograph it before the driver leaves.
  • Report any damage or problem to us within 48 hours of delivery. See our returns and refunds policy for how we resolve it.

Title and paperwork

The title (for pre-owned trailers) or manufacturer’s certificate of origin (for new trailers), bill of sale and any warranty documents are sent to you after payment clears, by tracked mail or with the trailer. You are responsible for registering the trailer and paying any taxes or fees due in your state.
