Warranty
What’s covered, by whom, and how to get help if something goes wrong.

New trailers
New trailers come with the manufacturer’s full factory warranty. Coverage and terms vary by brand and component (for example frame, axles, appliances and electrical), and are set out in the warranty documents we send with your trailer. We help you register the warranty and handle any claim with the manufacturer.
Pre-owned trailers
Every pre-owned trailer is fully serviced before sale. Our service includes inspecting and adjusting the brakes, packing the wheel bearings, testing all interior and exterior lights, and checking and sealing roof seams.
Unless a remaining manufacturer warranty transfers with the trailer, or we give you a written warranty at the time of purchase, pre-owned trailers are sold as is, without any warranty from us. Any remaining factory coverage is noted in the listing or confirmed when we call you.
Delivery damage
Damage that happens in transit is not a warranty matter. Note it on the bill of lading and report it within 48 hours, as described in our returns and refunds policy, and we will put it right.
Making a claim
Call (000) 000-0000 or email sales@daileytrailersinc.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We will tell you whether it is covered and who will carry out the repair.
