About us

This website is operated by Dailey Trailers Inc., doing business as Dailey Trailers. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Dailey Trailers Inc..

Listings and pricing

• We work hard to describe every trailer accurately, with real photos, specifications and condition notes. Specifications are provided as a guide; please confirm any detail that is important to you before paying.
• Prices are in US dollars and include delivery to the continental United States. They do not include state sales tax, registration or title fees, which are paid by the buyer.
• If a trailer is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before accepting payment and you may cancel at no cost.

How a sale is made

1. Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy the trailer and reserves it for you.
2. Your order is accepted when we confirm it with you by phone and email.
3. The sale completes when we receive your payment in full.

We may decline or cancel an order before payment, for example if a trailer is no longer available, if we cannot verify the order, or because of a listing error. If we do, nothing is owed by either side.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in our payment options page. Payment instructions are only sent by our team from our official email address or phone number. We are not responsible for payments sent to accounts other than those we confirm with you directly.

Delivery, title and risk

Delivery is described in our delivery policy. Ownership passes to you when we receive payment in full. Responsibility for loss or damage passes to you when the trailer is delivered and you sign the bill of lading.

Using this website

• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or submit false orders or information.
• All content on this site, including text, design and photos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
