Who we are

This website is operated by Dailey Trailers Inc. (“Dailey Trailers”, “we”, “us”), Billings, MT 59102. You can contact us about privacy at sales@daileytrailersinc.com.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, chosen payment method and any notes you add at checkout.
• Messages: what you send us through our contact, trade-in and trailer request forms.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up for new arrival alerts.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type when you place an order (to prevent fraud), and, if you allow cookies, how you use our site.
• On this device only: your cart and saved trailers are stored in your browser and are not sent to us until you place an order.

We do not collect or store card numbers or bank login details. No payment is taken on this website.

How we use it

• To process your order, contact you about it and arrange delivery
• To answer your questions and requests
• To send new arrival emails, if you asked for them (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To protect our customers and business from fraud and abuse
• To understand which pages and trailers are popular so we can improve the site and our advertising, if you allowed analytics cookies
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

• Delivery carriers (your name, phone and delivery address)
• Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and email provider, who process data on our behalf
• Google, for analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept those cookies
• Authorities, when required by law

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage to keep your cart and saved trailers working. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes (usually seven years). Messages and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email sales@daileytrailersinc.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Security

Our site is served over HTTPS and order data is stored with access restricted to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
