Payment Options
We keep paying for a trailer simple and safe. No payment is taken on this website.

Accepted payment methods
- Bank transfer. We send verified transfer details by email or text from our official address or number after your order is confirmed.
- Credit card. We send a secure payment link by email or text from our official address or number after your order is confirmed.
All prices are in US dollars and include free delivery. We do not charge dealer, documentation or card fees.
How payment works
- Place your order online. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout. Your trailer is reserved for you immediately.
- We confirm your order. Within one business day a specialist reaches out to confirm your order and answer any questions.
- You receive verified payment instructions by email or text, sent only from our official address or number.
- Payment clears and we schedule your free delivery.
Payment is due within 5 business days of your order being confirmed. If we haven’t received it by then, we will contact you; after that the reservation may be released so other buyers can purchase the trailer.
Protect yourself from payment fraud
Criminals sometimes send fake emails or texts that look like they come from a business, asking buyers to pay a different account. To protect you:
- We only send payment instructions by email or text from our official address or number, never from any other.
- We will never change our payment details without confirming it’s really us first.
- If you receive a message with different payment details, do not send money. Call us at (000) 000-0000 first.
- We never ask for payment by gift card, cryptocurrency or payment apps.
Taxes and registration
Sales tax, registration and title fees are set by the state where the trailer will be registered and are paid by the buyer to that state, unless we tell you otherwise when confirming your order.
Cancelling before payment
You can cancel your order at no cost at any time before you have paid. Just call or email us and we will release the reservation. For cancellations after payment, see our returns and refunds policy.
